At Promesa, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
